Opposite the entrance, you can find the garden inclusive of a sunny barbecue area for the use of Morgentau 1 guests, and the shed which houses both washing machine and tumble dryer.

Features
The apartment is 60 sq m big and avails of a 10 sq m large, partly sheltered patio on where you will be enticed, by the morning sun, to take your breakfast.
There is one master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm big divan-base bed and normal bedroom, in which you can find a 160 x 200 cm wide double-bed.
The spacious living room offers an additional dining area and a sofa with stool and an armchair, where you can enjoy a watching TV on a big flat-screen TV. There is also a radio.
The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven with a ceramic glass cooktop, a fridge/freezer and of course a toaster, nespresso machine, coffee machine and kettle.
The spacious bathroom is fitted with a shower.
