Travel documents
Shortly after receiving the full price for your booking, you will be sent the necessary documents. Therein you will find all the necessary information required for your stay in relation to the address for your key delivery as well as directions to your destination Villa Morgentau.
Arrival
Arrival time is usually between 3 pm and 7 pm on the first day of your booking.
Extras
Our holiday lets provide fully equipped kitchens (crockery, cutlery etc.) for up to 4 persons per apartment. Bed linen and towels are included in the price from 01.08.2017. During a longer stay, you can also book an additional change of bed linen/towels if desired. The cost for this will be 15 EUR per person.
While staying in apartments 1 and 2, you are more than welcome to bring a pet along. On request, there is space for up to three pets. The costs are 5 euros per day and per pet (not including food). Please enquire about this before booking. Last but not least, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that there is a spa tax which has to be paid locally. Once you arrive, you can pay it on-site and will further receive a tourist pass, which you should carry with you at all times.
